How did you get involved in this type of business?
Our company’s primary business is designing custom totes, bins and trays. It was identified through a connection in the US Navy that there was a need for an alternate storage solution than a rigid walled box. Empty boxes take up valuable space pre and post deployment.
What would you say is your company’s core mission | What problems are you trying to solve?
Warrior Locker is in the business of solving problems by designing effective storage solutions focused on optimizing functionality and utility with the end-user in mind. All of our products have been designed with the 463L pallet in mind to optimize storage capacity, with interlocking features that add load stability.
What type of product/products do you offer?
Warrior Lockers
Have an internal volume of 96L and fold to less than 3 inches flat, including the lid. This is 80% less than the standard sitting height, which makes them ideal storage in any situation. Slipping between seats, around packs, or within tents has never been easier. Transport and logistics is more efficient, with up to 175 collapsed units per single 48″ x 40″ pallet.
Cruz Lockers
Have an internal volume of 197L. At 34.5 inches in length and 21 inches wide, it is designed to hold your larger mission ready equipment and supplies. A large crate should not be a “knuckle buster”, multiple handle configurations allow for easy and effective 2-man lifts.

I was born in Finland and moved to the United States at the age of 17. After completing high school in Eugene, Oregon, I earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of living in five countries – Finland, the USA, Belgium, the UK, and Switzerland. My professional journey began in international banking, specifically in foreign exchange sales, where I successfully led teams showing substantial growth in revenue, as well as in client satisfaction.
In 2012, I fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming an entrepreneur, transitioning from my corporate career to chart my own path.
How long have you been in business?
In February 2012, I launched my first company, TK Markets. Over time, the business transitioned into BOS Container USA, specializing in German-manufactured storage containers called BOS Quick Build Container.
As the product line expanded, the company evolved further, adopting the name BOS, Construction Solutions to better reflect its broader offerings.
How did you get involved in this type of business?
My journey into representing the European companies and managing end-to-end services–including marketing, sales, and the import of goods–was driven by an early passion for cross-border trade (import and export). Initially, my focus was on the private sector, targeting the construction industry and the self-storage business.
The shift to selling to the public sector happened almost serendipitously. While attending a disaster-related expo, I met Rob Crawford, whose insights and connections introduced me to a completely new arena. That chance encounter proved to be a turning point, sparking my interest in addressing critical needs of US military. Over time, I honed my expertise in this sector, which allowed me to leverage my experience in international trade and adapt it to meet the unique demands of public-sector clients.
What would you say is your company’s core mission | What problems are you trying to solve?

Project-specific composite designs are available to meet the needs of demanding civil applications. Harsh outdoor conditions and road salt have no effect on composite products, making them a superior choice for these civil applications.
In the case of many of these structures, the dead load weight can be reduced to improve overall capacity and provide a more efficient design.
Increased lifespan and reduced maintenance costs add to the long-term value. Many structures can now provide 100+ years of design life with minimal upkeep.
